I don't know if this work in general or pang kalahatan but it's okay to try..
so what you need is a browser syempre (I'm using the UC browser)
so first click the link where the file is uploaded
then if your on the site..
this is the trick...
HOLD THE FILE..
THEN WAIT FOR AN OPTION TO OPEN...
THEN WHEN YOU SEE THE OPTION..
OPEN IN THE NEW WINDOW
THEN THE FILE WILL AUTOMATICALLY
DOWNLOADED!!
