I try Astral projection without praying and when i look at my body yung Gold na nakapaligid sa body ko is pale, mahina, hindi matingkad.

So why praying first gives us more protection ?
Because God is real and who ever believes in Him will be saved.

if astral projection is true. and synapses in your brain functions normally, you will know that memory stored in your brain frontal lobe specifically. so how can an astral form stored a memory without brain? or your not connected to your brain?
the answer is, you're in deep sleep and "dreaming" that your soul left your body and seeing what others dont and normally a dream stored in your short term memory that is why you dont remember the full story of your dream, but in astral form case "dream" it is stored in long term memory.
So basically it was just a dream. .
