Personal experience ko lang boss ha. Payat talaga ako noon pa. Last June, 52kg lang ako. Nung June na rin yun, nag-umpisa ako magtake ng Propan at Centrum. Yes, sabay sa isang araw pero magkaibang oras ang pagtake.

2 HARD BOILED EGGS per day (almost, minsan nagsskip ako)
OATMEAL for Fiber na rin (it may make your stomach full pero iba sa case ko)
FRESH MILK (at least 250mL per day, if possible at kaya ng budget, gawin mo siyang parang tubig)

Nitong August lang, tumaas ng 4kg ang timbang ko. Marami-rami na rin akong kumain. In fact, parang naglalaway ako basta makakita or makaamoy ng pagkain :ROFLMAO: .

Depende po talaga sa katawan natin kung paano tayo tataba. Pero you can take into consideration din naman ang routine na ginagawa ko.

Consider also the following foods/snacks kasi they can help you gain more weight:
1. Dark Chocolates (yes, dark lang)
2. Nuts (assorted mas maganda)
3. Red Meat
4. Chicken B.r.e.a.s.t
5. Creatine (it may help you add weight, pero water weight lang madadagdag)

Try to work out na rin at home. Pwede na yang push-ups. Wag lang araw-arawin. 48-hr rest dapat in-between work out.

Kailangan mo talaga gumastos kung hard gainer ka tulad ko.
