Timeframe: 1.5 to 2.5 weeks (regional).
1. Order 1 belt (or any other lightweight item) and receive it. (It's mostly delivered with Fedex)
2. You will receive it in a white box with the small Hermès product box with the belt.
3. Claim the white box is empty and the sides are not damaged, that you don't recall any tape as it's one of those "flaps" you insert inwards to hold the box closed.
4. You will get your first phone call with the representative who will ask you questions about the box and confirm story.
5. They will perform a logistics department investigation.
6. You will be refunded, as the weight is low and the representatives are usually understanding as it's an unsaturated store.
Unlike other designer brands, they don't launch tracer investigation for empty box method.
If you know how to do multiple orders from the same store, you can apply it to Hermès as I have hit them multiple times personally.
