❓ Help How to hard reset torque droidz dash

it says too many pattern attempts and needs to log in to gmail account but I don't know the registered account and password.

I have tried this:
Closed - Torque tablet too many pattern done files and tricks inside
but didn't succeed in the command prompt...

I have also tried hard resetting but the menu won't appear...

Anybody who knows how to fix this??? Please help...
