bale -21/2 over -7/1 reciprocql then multiply
-21/2 X -1/7= 21/14 or 3/2.. dko alam bakit negative sagot niyo

Pag same signs yung number, palaging positive yung result niyan sa division.

3/2 dapat sagot hindi - 3/2
Yung numerator at denominator multiply mo both sa 2 para maging whole number. Numerator: 2 * ( 10 + 1/2) = 21
Denominator: 2 * 7 = 14
Output: 21/14
Roundoff: 3/2
Cancelled yung negative sign sa numerator at denominator kaya dapat positive ang sagot at hindi negative.
