Hello girlies!

Gumagamit ba kayo ng period calendar?

May friends lang din akong nagrecommend sa akin na i-try ko rin daw para magka-idea ako kung ano yung patterns sa sarili ko in terms of mood, symptoms, kung anong nangyayari sa loob ng katawan ko whenever I'm on my period. Syempre this is aside from giving you an idea kung kelan ka fertile at delikadong magkamali. Hehehe. This is for health purposes din naman and for us to know our body more.

I currently use this app called "Maya". Maganda yung user interface niya and very easy to use.
