Thank you for this, unfortunately it did'nt work. It says registered to me then click OK then prompted still registered to other machine. How can we figure this out? please help. Thank you for the technical support.

Maybe you are running the Adjustment Program on another/different computer (machine)? You can't.
1 computer = 1 AdjProg license
The L405 resetter with license linked to your computer (machine) ID can only be used/opened on the same computer (machine). It is non-transferable (i.e. hardware-linked or hardware-bound).
