🗡️ Mobile Legends Game Time 100 of Smart can't play Mobile Legend

Good day to everyone!
Why I can't play ML using Game Time 100? Even it is indicated in the promo that the game in the promo are Mobile Legend, Arena of Valor, CoC, Class Royale, Everwing plus 100 Mobile Lends Battle Tickets. Also indicated in the promo that it has allotted 300 MB/day for that following games, but I don't yet consume all the MBs I can't play game. I just got load but do not enter on the game.

Please someone help me regarding this.

ts restart mo po phone mo or best advice is to call customer service for proper troubleshooting. Minsan kasi nag hahang promo ng smart even naka promo kana.

Ganyan din saakin sa isa kong account. Try mo sa iba mong account maoopen yan. Ewan ko kung ano ang mali. Sinubukan ko nang tumawag sa CS ng Smart at walang nangyari sa lahat nang tinuro nila. Pinalitan konarin server ko from Asia1 to Asia2 kaso wala pa din. Hanggang dulo lang nang game loading, as in di talag maopen yung m.l. ginawa ko ay nag wifi ako at sinwitch account sa isa at ginamitan nang data, ayun naopen isa kung account.

Airplane mode lng boss ginawa ko pag na stock na sa game.loading mga 15 seconds off muna airplane mode then wait mo magcconect sa sa lobby
