-Troubleshoot
-Advance options
-Command Prompt

*locate your system windows10
ex. c:\windows\system32

system32>ren utilman.exe utilman_bak.exe
system32>copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
syetem32>exit / restart

*at the log in user right bottom corner
double click ease of access
system32>control userpasswords2

click user account and click reset password

*locate your system username
ex. c:\windows\system32>net user

"creating new password" with -itech- username

system32>net user itech windows10
