So I tried filing for a 2-day vacation leave 1 month prior dun sa leave date. And then after two weeks I was called to inform me they can't allow me to have vacation leave dahil "may absences and lates ka within the past three months". They said they are going to allow me just 1 "unpaid" leave.

Ano po ba yung mga karaniwang guidelines ng ibang company with regards to leave benefits? Lakas maka-abnoy ng policy ng company namen eh.

10 VLs. Isa pa lang nagamit ko. Mahigit 2 years na ako sa company at pangalangang beses ko pa lang na magpapaalam for VL.
