🔒 Closed 12gb (3.19 usable) win 8 problem

mga sir/mam.patulong naman po.hindi ko ma ayos yung (3.19 memory usable) 12gb po yung mermory.nagawa ko na yung msconfig na paraan pero di gumana.baka meron pa po kayong other way para ma fix yung problem ko sa pc.thanks in advance

windows 8 32bit siguro os mo. 32bit registers can only use upto 4gb ram. you need to change architecture sir

64bit win 8 po ang gamit ko.desktop.

sinubukan ko na rin po sa bios kaso wala po siyang option.ang board ko ay ms-7778
