1. EXTRACT THE DOWNLOADED DLC 2016 AT ANG LAMAN NYA AY ITO
I RUN ANG EXE FILE YUNG BILOG NA GREEN
2. ITO ANG LALABAS AT I CLICK NYO YUNG NAKABILOG AT MAY NAKATURO NA MGA ARROW
3.ITO ANG SUSUNOD NA LALABAS TAPOS PILIIN NYO "YES" TO CREAT USB BOOTABLE
4.TAPOS MAKIKITA NYO DITO YUNG LIST NG USB NA GAGAWIN NYONG BOOTALBE THEN CLICK CREATE.. AYUN MAY NUMBER NAMAN SA BABA SUNDAN NYO AT ANTAYIN HANGGANG SA MATAPOS AT MERON NA KAYONG BOOTABLE USB DLC 2016
