❓ Help HELP. I can't deposit nor withdraw in my Gsave anymore

It started a few days ago. I was just doing my usual routine of depositing small amounts of money in my gsave. Then suddenly, I can't deposit anymore. I checked if I can still do other transactions, so i tried to withdraw cash from my gsave. And an error message still shows up. I already wiped my data, reinstalled the app. But I can still do normal transactions in my GCash wallet. The GSave is the only one tripping off. Does anyone have any solutions for this? I already contacted tech support, and I am waiting for almost a day now, and no replies from them whatsoever. Please help, I still have a lot of money on that one.
