🔒 Closed Cisco rv042 cant access internet connection.

Mga Sir and Mam, baka po makahinge tulong. about internet access in the office. im using PLDT DSL modem enterprise, and nakaconnect sa Cisco router papunta sa 2 switch. My problem is walang access sa internet. pahelp po sa mga expert. TIA.

• IP addressing is OK?
• routing and default gateway is configured correctly?
• could be a DNS issue
• firewall issue
• router / switch issue
• or could be even an issue with your ISP?

naaddress ko na ung mali sir, may mali sa config nang router. may nakita ako sa files nang mirror backup and then nirestore ko siya, nagkaroon na siya nang internet access, pero nagdrodrop ung connection randomly sa mga workstations, need ko i disable and enable ung network sa mga pc para bumalik lang ung internet. nakastatic ako sa wan1. may idea kaba sir bakit nangyayari yun?
