exactly, they used the term devices para masaklaw kung ano mang "device" ang ipapa-unlock mo na nilock nila.

broad, pero ayon sa Memo, mga PTW, so yung company na engaged sa telecommunications services, kung anong phone or device na ni-lock nila ay dapat pwede ma-unlock. ano ba ang phones ay devices na ino-offer nila?

kasi kung sinabing wifi modem, paano yung pocket-wifi modem?paano yung plug it na modem?
