3. at paki install na po ung java.exe sa iyong PC/LAPTOP

4. I-run Settings.exe Choose nyu ung MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION.

5. Pwede nyu na I-Open ung Opera Mini 7.1.exe

6.Click Opera Mini Logo then SETTINGS> ADVANCED> PROTOCOL> CHOOSE HTTP.

7. Pwede kana mag brows. Enjoy your Browsing
