ito po lumalabas sa screen ko everytime na magbabrowse ako kulay purple sa screen at ang sabi "HES DEAD JIM" then mag-shutdown na buong computer ko

paano po ang gagawin ko pag ganito?

eh anu po magandang gawin? kasi bago ko pa i-reload or mag-close ng tabs eh halos mili-seconds lang magshashutdown na sya kahit i-cancel hindi nagana dirediretso syang mamamatay...
dapat ko ba palitan or dagdagan ang RAM ko sir?
