Hirap talaga pag introvert+ merong social anxiety+pressured+useless+depression
Pano ko toh haharapin...??
By the way im 19 years old...nagtatrabaho for 1 month as waiter then nag quit....kase hindi ko talaga kaya..
Talking to someone is my nightmare
May issue pa sa ngipin ko...
Everytime na magsasalita ako.lalo na pag strangers kaharap ko
I felt the embarassment..i dont know why
Tas everytime na may nakatingin sakin...
Panic attacks hit me
i cant do simple eye contact
Tas conscious sa every move
Nanginginig ng sobra
Clumsy

I have few friends
Minsan lang lumabas ng bahay kung may kailangan..
Im trying my best pero wala talaga eh..ganito talaga ako
extroverts are the luckiest

Kasalanan ko bang ganito ako??
Ako lang bah ganito??

Wag ka mahiya sa ngipin mo, dahil yung mga totoong tao makikita naman nila na ng iyung ngiti ay genuine. Iwas ka nalang sa mga toxic or mean na mga tao, di bagay sayo fastfood service try mo sa mga warehouse jobs, call center or doesn't involve talking and pleasing customers directly.

Pero kailangan mong harapin ang fears natin. Tulad mo mahiyain dn ako at ayaw sa madaming tao at hindi ako hilig maki pag-usap.. Pero ang kabaliktaran ay nagtatrabaho ako sa Mall as Sales Clerk dahil highschool grad lang..at first npaka hirap but eventually masasanay ka din..Im not telling na from Introvert maging Extrovert ka because we can't change our Nature being Introvert. But at least diba ma improve ng konti dahil sa exposure..Ang gusto ko lang iparating sayo na labanan mo ang takot..Until now I still considered myself as introvert pero my improvement..Sorry ha npaka haba..Kung gusto mong may kausap Im here as your Virtual Friend...

Sir pa bunot mo po at ipaayus.. Imbes na mag kulang ka sa bahay.. Labanan mo po ung mga fear mo.. Lagi mo isipin na mas walang mangyayare kung wala ka po gagawin.. Stay positive sir
