🔒 Closed Injection settings into apn settings

Hello everyone. Let's say that we have a site we can browse for free with our network operator. I mean this site works for a payload in http injector with direct ssh and no proxy even without balance. Is there any way to set any settings to create a apn access point that will give free internet as well without any need of any program for injection? Thank you.
