Install from phone storage and sdcard no certificate file is found

Hi. I am having a problem with my vivo y7 can't move or install my apps to SD card. It is directly installed in internal memory So my storage is always full" There is no option in my setting like "Move to SD card" and the certificate installation is directly install on phone storage...Hope u can help me.

Wala nang option na move to SD Card ng Android 7.0.1 upper version ngayon. Kaya hindi mo na makakapagmove ng apps sa SD Card.
