Hai good morning,

I want your help, regarding in my trainee contract.
Here's the problem:
After i signed the trainee contract, I didn't go on the first day of my traning instead I call them and say "I want to cancel my application form. Blah.. Blah.. Blah.."
Then after 3 days i receive a message from them that says about "legal violation" and they might affect my carrer.

I don't know what to do, do i have to go to their company or else? Please help me.

Well di mo naman ilalagay sa application mo kung saan ka galing unless your applying with their sister company

If I were in your shoes I would just ignore their legal violation blah blah blah. Parang strategy lang naman yata nila yan to pursue you to continue. Anyway idea ko lang naman to wait mo nalang yung iba mag rerespond baka nakaranas na din sila ng situation mo

anyway may copy ka ba ng contract. you should read the terms and conditions nila

rule of thumb, do not sign a contract unless you are sure about it.
basahin mo yung contract, kung may clause dun na hindi ka na pwede magback out alanganin ka.
depende na rin yan sa company, anong company ba yan? kung multi billion company yan, dehado ka.

Mas mabuti puntahan mo nalang at mag negotiate ka sa HR nila, give them a proper excuse kung bakit umayaw ka... Yung ginawa mo kasi ay medyu bastos sa side nila specially tumawag kalang. Hindi yan social media na ignore mo lang kung ayaw mo sa kanila.
