🔒 Closed Iphone can't be read by pc

So my brother gave me his iphone 4 (yup outdated, for backup lang naman). Since the OS is only 7.1.2, I cannot download apps from appstore. I tried installing itunes on my pc and plugged my iphone in. The problems are:
1. Itunes won't start whatever click I do
2. The phone can't be read by my windows 10 PC.
Can someone help me deal with this?

Did you try na ayusin ng Apple Mobile Device Service sa Service.msc?

If ayaw gumana ng service na iyun, reinstall mo yung iTunes mo. Or if doesn't work, replace mo yung 30-pin Charger mo.

I know it's tricky part. Kasi kapag hindi magistart properly ng Apple Mobile Driver, buburahin mo ng registry value niya sa Regedit.

Hindi ko kasi matype dito dahil malag ng PHC sa akin device pa rin.
