🔒 Closed Is it difficult to get camrips for anime movies?

There is an anime movie I want to watch, but unfortunately it is not airing in my country. It's airing in the Philippines in June however, and I wanted to ask closer to that time if someone would be willing to snag a camrip copy.

The problem is that I have no idea if this is possible or if it is difficult to get camrips of anime movies in the Philippines. Are there strict regulations about that? Or is it easy? I'm so desperate I'd be willing to pay someone for a camrip, although I can't because the rules say buying and selling is not allowed.
