Procedures:
Step 1: Use any of the VPN apps out there that can point your IP address to a US IP address.

Step 3: Make sure that the country of the spotify account that you are going to create will show "US", otherwise, your account won't be added.
Step 4: Once you're done, take a screenshot of your Spotify Account Overview. Blur some of the details (username and email) just like this...
