Top-up is still in public testing phase. The maximum number of the daily top-up has a limit.
As we communicated, top-up is still in public testing phase. It works fine. But there is a limit on the maximum number of the daily top-up. As long as the limit is reached, there is no more top-up request processed and users may expereince temporarily failure until the limit resets to 0 in the next day. The limit will become bigger and bigger gradually. But please remember the limit exists during the public testing phase.
