I am a software engineer who is making decent money and enjoying my craft but if I can go back in time, I will take business administration because it will help me more in managing businesses and resources, dealing with people, and because I believe it will allow me to surpass my salary ceiling from being a software dev.

Also I can learn software engineering on my free time rather than taking it from college or a degree in IT. Everything I am using at my work is something I learned from my own research rather than from my college degree.

That's my opinion.
