Hello,

Me and my friends were scammed by You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. on Booking.com. It advertised a nice looking property but when we arrived at the place it was totally different. The host even wanted us out in the middle of the night when we complained about the wrong house/property.

Do we have agencies that could penalize this kind of scammer?

I am working as a hotel specialist and what I know is you can report this to the booking agency which is the Booking.com. If proven they will give you a full refund.

Mas maganda pa din talaga ang personal approach or booking. And or sa site mismo ng hotel

Kupal talaga nung host hindi man lang humingi ng tawad ginawa nyang panlilinlang. Nag notify pa sya sa Booking.com na hindi daw ako nag check-in sa propery kahit fully ρáíd sya pagcheck-in palang. Ginawa nya yun para hindi ako maka.pagbigay ng review at rating sa property niya sa Booking.com

So far sa Booking.com ko pa lang naireport.. Mukhang mahihirapan daw sa refund sabi ng Booking kasi cash ang ibinayad at tumangging magbigay ng resibo ang host ng hiningan ko. Sabi ng Booking sila na daw bahala dun sa host.
