sir pa help po .. bakit ayaw po ba mag connect ng MODEM ko na smartbro eh may load namn po to .. nung isanG araw pa po to ..e2 po pla SS ko

• padouble check po ulit ung settings

For Smart:

Go to: Tools > Options > Profile Management > Dial-Up
Profile Name: Smart Bro
Dial Number: *99#
Static
APN: internet

go to “Advance” and choose “PAP”

then Save.

• try nyo din via cmd:

ipconfig /flushdns (then hit the enter key)

• go to start, type run then type %temp% then delete temporary internet files
• recheck ung remaining balance at least 5php (if registered sa mga unli promos)
• gamit po ng ccleaner pangremove ng mga cache sa pc
• unplug and replug modem
• try to plug on other usb port on your pc
