Help: Iphone 4s WIFI IC replacement

Issue:
-Iphone 4s 16GB iOS 7.x.x
wifi switch greyed out
can no longer use wifi func.

we did:
-freezer tweak works only for few seconds
- re-heated wifi ic (5 times)

conclusion:
i think my wifi ic got already busted
heating the wifi ic for several times will just ware the IC
i suggest do not update iOS version via WIFI. instead use PC update (ip4s)

if anyone of you have any idead where i could find local store that sell WIFI IC or shop that i could buy, or kung meron makaka-huyan na MOBO, let me know iphone4s only
