Help: WINServer 2008 administrator password, how to reset??

someone asked me, to check their server because they cannot login or connect anymore, its kinda like fileserver that can be access by clients from the domain.

im searching a free software that can reset the password WIN server 2008.
bootable using pen drive or USB drives.

^^ Dude thank you i also got this on my list, hehehe problem is i dont have the installer and second, it is a chinese version of Win server 2008 hehehe
