Hold Shift key, and click restore.

Then from there, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.

What did you mean? Wala ka talaga makikita na key talaga doon.

Just hold Shift Key sa Keyboard mo and press windows icon sa left button side ng computer mo then click restart. Then let it go kapag naka lagay please wait instead of restarting.

Then gawin mo ng pinagagawa ko.
