Share ko lang tamang home workout lang din ako push normal push up at modified 1or 2 beses sa isang linggo at squats


Payat ako kaya ako nag home workout mag 1 year sa june na ako nag push up my improvement naman sa braso ko target ko ngayon chest focus ako sa chest
