Hi guys.
Tanong lang..
Kasi mag 2 months na pldt service ko pero wala pa rin ako narereceive na paper bills o kahit email, tapos tinatry ko lagi yung myHome website nila pero lagi 0 balance pa ko tapos last week pag try ko mag log in ulit naka receive ako ng error na deactivated daw account number.. pero gumagana internet ko pati landline. Nagtry na din ako tumawag sa hotline nila pero pag maglalagay na ng account number sinasabi ng prompt invalid daw kaya di ako maka push through sa live agent. Na hahang up na sya.. Tried searching the web din sa issue ko pero wala ko makita na similar, ako lang ba?

Tsaka baka may suggestion din kayo.


Possible ba na wala yung record ko sakanila pero nagana pa rin service ko?
