Caloric Deficit Lang tapos mag GYM Ka. mas maganda ang gym for weight loss kc pag nag bubuhat tayo nag be breakdown Yung muscle fibers natin pagkatapos natin mag buhat s'yempre kelangan Ng #RECOVERY lalong lalo na Yung PROPER SLEEP. Puede din mag Cardio, mas maganda Yung HIIT (Hi Intensity Interval Training) Cardio. Yun Lang.
