I think the rules is applicable only to new users. Wag naman sana lahatin. I understand the site needs engagement pero it just adds up to the volume of bandwidth and space. If this is the only way of the admin expect maraming mga ngpapanggap para lang maging established member and it doesn't make sense at all. I think pwede namang i-exclude yung mga 3 years or more na mga member sa ganitong rules.. Sana wag masyadong mghigpit.
