Hello po mga boss, sana po matulongan niyo ako ma recover fb account ko, hinde ko alam kung bakit bigla nalang ganito nangyari sa Account ko. I can still change the password gamit email ko, pero pag ni log in ko na, i need to confirm my account daw, using the 6 digits code na tinext ni facebook sa number ko na naka save sa facebook, pero matagal ko ng hindi ginagamit ang number na yon, nabali na sim noon, pano ko e coconfirm i bafly need your help po, nakaka depressed isipin na ang mga memories, pictures dun mawawa nlang basta2, sana po matulongan niyo ako . i attached a screenshot below.

Hindi po boss e, i can change the password po naman using my email, pero pag ni log in ko ganyan talaga lumalabas, need pa e confirm using the 6 digits na esenend ng facebook sa old phone number ko which is wala na

im afraid if there is no other option for confirming like picture tag, friends... thats impossible. but you can make it, i suggest buy that number again. make a request to globe. if possible. just thinking.

Pa scroll2 lang nman ako boss, tingin2 sa mga post, tapos biglang nag direct ako para e confirm account ko,

Nakikita po yan sa settings ng account sa security and login, kung nalagyan mo ng ganyang yung acct mo kaya mo sana ma retrieve yung acct mo ng walang cp number.

Nakikita po yan sa settings ng account sa security and login, kung nalagyan mo ng ganyang yung acct mo kaya mo sana ma retrieve yung acct mo ng walang cp number.

i actually know that sir, i even activated that feature para in case ma block ako. but this is different, kaya nga ako nagtataka e only the 6 digits code sent by face 2 my old phone number is the key para ma open ko account ko. pero matagal ko ng binali ang sim na yan
