isp free internet

hey friends i m user from india.. i use 3g dongle to connct to internet. now i want to find open ports in my network to use free internet. plz help me how to do so. i dnt want to use pd proxy. i use port scaneer for this bt it asks for a ip address bt i dnt know which ip i have to put in dere to scan. whenever i input ip from ipconfig it always show me open ports like 135,139,445

plz teach me.....need ur help badly bcuz internet charges are very high here
