click "SETTINGS"
go to "WIRELESS & NETWORKS"

for iOS,
click "SETTINGS"
go to "CELLULAR"
go to "CELLULAR DATA NETWORK"

for wifi modem,
go to "Settings"
click "dial up"
go to "Profile Management"
