Nope. I mean if you're eating 2500kcal per day minus 500. So just take 2000kcal everyday
ahhh...ok. i get it. let me try that for a week if i can do that. i don't really mind what i eat and how much during my feeding time, although i know less carbs help with the ketogenesis, probably best with the last meal.

on YouTube search thomas delauer and fledge fitness sobrang daming benefits ang malalaman nyo sa IF.
well sa pag inom just make sure wag mong dayain sarili mo . kase ako pag may nag aya then di talaga matangihan nag cheatday ako or minsan . umiinom ako sa feeding window ko. wag lang araw arawin.
 
Tried and tested ko ang I.F. effective talaga. 16-18 hours ang Fasting ko. Nagstart ako sa 9 hours muna unti unti.
 
for me, see my profile here, thats me 6mos after ko mag start ng IF, more than a year na kong naka IF and its getting better and better.

nag IF ako for some months na. so far ang effect sakin is retain lang weight ko.
sedentary kasi ko, upo sa office, upo pa din sa bahay kaka computer games.
if mag exercise pa siguro ko saka ako mag loose ng weight.
the 1st four days ang pinaka mahirap. at kung mag cheat day ka, back to 4-days na mahirap hehe. sanayan lang.
feels good naman.
paps...nasa kinakain din yan....try mo keto foods and a little workout...subok na yan....
