ahhh...ok. i get it. let me try that for a week if i can do that. i don't really mind what i eat and how much during my feeding time, although i know less carbs help with the ketogenesis, probably best with the last meal.Nope. paps...nasa kinakain din yan....try mo keto foods and a little workout...subok na yan....nag IF ako for some months na. so far ang effect sakin is retain lang weight ko.
sedentary kasi ko, upo sa office, upo pa din sa bahay kaka computer games.
if mag exercise pa siguro ko saka ako mag loose ng weight.
the 1st four days ang pinaka mahirap. at kung mag cheat day ka, back to 4-days na mahirap hehe. sanayan lang.
