wala sa system64 na folder kasi wala talagang system64.

tamang directory

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

regardless if 32 or 64bit windows gamit mo

ang localhost ay 127.0.0.1 hindi 192.168.1.1

blocking youtube website.
