this is the simplest way to make your wifi capable laptop or pc into a wifi hotspot w/o using any tools.

1.run cmd in elavated.
2.type netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=wifikoto key=qwertyuiop
3.tye netsh wlan start hostednetwok
