Level 1:
-2*clarity
-1set tango
- and save for soul ring
Skill:

1. if the enemy has more damage and low health choose 3rd skill
2. if the enemy has invisibilty and you have a strong teammate then choose 2nd skill( this is very rare usuall played for support techies)

Level 2-9
-SoulRing
-Traquil
-if you have a stunner enemy but Euls
-if you have a strong teammate and weak enemy buy force staff

Level 10- 15 you are task to plant bombs everywhere

-E-lens
-Agha(to increase the SSbomb's damage and radius effect)

Plant in blind spots
Roshan
Nearby towers
Fountain
Junglen
Enemies tower and creeps to clear up waves and damage the towers

Level 16- 25

Hardest part of techies you are usually task in defending and clearing creep waves. Your third skill is an advantage in team clash. It can produce damage and silence.

-Bloodstone
-supply items to the teammates(like moonshard, agha and even wards to produce wider vision)

Roshan will the help or destrog your team thats why placing bomb nearby the roshan will give your team an advantage

Planting bombs near the teams tower will produce an additional defence.

Techies is a very helpful hero in terms of money, damage, hero control and even in producing visions.
