press enter

5.)netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

press enter

6.)netsh int tcp show global

press enter and your done!

1. double check and run cmd as admin and enter regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
2. "if not found" try to update windows
3. try also cmd as admin and type sfc /scannow
4. manually download actxprxy and install (see attached for steps)
