How do you turn a low definition photo into a 4K high definition photo?

-you cannot turn a low definition image into a high definition image.
You can increase the pixel count by enlarging the image at constant resolution, but you are not adding definition. Any editing software that does that for you is interpolating the pixels that exist to give you more pixels in between. The resulting image has more resolution for the same outer dimensions, but it’s guesswork approximation rather than true improvement. You may even like the outcome. But since the new stuff added is only guesswork based on the original, it is not higher definition than the original. It’s just bigger.

Yeah tama po kayo, nagrerecord na kasi ako ng gawa ko para hindi na basta basta gagawa from the scratch, adjustment na lang dun sa pics and mapadali. Kumukuha na lang ako ng actions and presets para sa camera raw and lightroom. Minsan na lang gumawa ng manual editing pag need ng from the scratch subject.
