👨‍🏫 Tutorial Feature: Push notifications

A user will be able to subscribe to receive their alerts via devices which are compatible with the Push API.

How to Enable?

Visit https://phcorner.org/account/preferences

or after first login:

Users will only be able to enable push notifications if they are using a compatible device.
This is supported by most major browsers except Safari on macOS and any browser on iOS.

yes sir na enable ko na po push notif sa uc browser pero wala naman notif na dumadating. pero okay na sir chrome nalang po ginamit ko. working na po sa chrome
