I am a pro-duterte. Pero I understand your case. There are some instances na ma overthink natin ang systema.

There is always an abusive person, no matter whos President is on the table. You cannot just link the bad cops and Pres. Duterte. That is not how it works, they are different, and that is the thing we called SYSTEM.

Duterte is not the suspect, or the cause of these bad police. Andyan na sila, matagal na yan. They were playing the syndicates before Duteter. Do not forget to think about that.
