PH Recently, madami dito ang nagtatanong at nahingi ng tulong about sa "FAKE SERIAL" na ang IDM nila kahit icrack pa ng icrack nila ito. Kaya naman nag desisyon akong ishare na ito. This will work on all versions of IDM!!! 
Actually there is a simple solution, when the Fake Serial Appears

The second one is only used if the combination of the 1st one and the 3rd one failed.
PROCEDURE 2: use it anytime(but not necessary unless the first procedure failed)

If you are using Windows Vista and above , always run all the application/tools as an Administrator.
If the tool is block by your Anti-Virus, allow it or disable first the antivirus This is normal because we are using a Patcher tool

- Unregister IDM
- Run the ρá†ch
- Register IDM
- Disable Updates

- Extract all the tools needed
- Install your desired version of IDM
- If IDM exist in your computer, and want to update, just install the idm setup.
- After Installing, terminate the process of IDM (how??? = Look for the icon of IDM at the taskbar, then Right Click > Exit )
- After successfully terminating the IDM continue on the next step, if not, kill IDM on via TaskManager, if done, continue to the next step
- Whether you are experiencing FAKE SERIAL ERROR or not, run the registry tweak "Unregister.IDM.reg" you extracted from the 3rd tool to make a full registration reset.
- After successfully terminating the IDM, choose your desired ρá†ch
- I recommend using the first one. (IDM 6.xx release 3)
- Then do the ρá†ch
- After patching, terminate again the IDM if it runs automatically
- If it is terminated, open the "RegKey x86.reg" you extracted from the 3rd tool in the list. If there is a promt, just accept it
- DONE!!!
- Return to this thread and make a Feedback!
