❓ Help Poea ereg unsuported file

Pa help naman po , kung pano ifix itong 'unsupported file' na nag papop-up pag iiupload ko na yung sa passport ko pag magreregister ako sa e.reg ng poea, di ko makompleto sa section 2 at section 3 dahil ayaw mag upload ng picture
