🔒 Closed Help: lenovo g470 windows 7 - always in red 'x' volume icon

Yong volume icon ng Laptop ko po kasi ay laging naka red 'x' icon which means di sya makaprovide ng sound even triny ko magheadset same result parin. I've tried to update the drivers, or even uninstall then install again the drivers pero ganun parin. Ano po bang dapat na gawin para mapagana ko yong sound ng Laptop ko. Thanks!
